Established in 2010, Meshek Hilman is a boutique olive oil producer located in Moshav Nov in the southern Golan Heights, Israel. Growing their olive groves on rich volcanic soil, they produce very low-acidity extra virgin olive oil using cold-pressing methods. Their award-winning single-varietal oils, including Arbequina, Koroneiki, and Coratina, have earned significant recognition at the TerraOlivo international competition.
