Established around the time of Israel's founding, the farm handles the entire production process from grove to cold-press. They specialize in high-quality extra virgin olive oil, focusing on the Italian Coratina and the local Askal varieties, which have earned them "Prestige Gold" awards at the TerraOlivo international competition.
