Founded in 1919 by local farmers in the village of Juncosa, Catalonia, the Cooperativa Agrícola Sant Isidre de Juncosa de les Garrigues is a cornerstone of the region's agricultural history. Operating under the PDO Les Garrigues, the cooperative is celebrated for its "Les Cabanes" brand, which pays homage to the traditional dry-stone cabins dotting their olive groves. Combining a century of expertise with a modernized mill opened in 2011, they produce exceptional Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, reflecting the unique terroir of their historic landscape.
