Representing roughly 7,000 olive-growing families, the cooperative leverages the region's challenging mountainous terrain and unique microclimate to produce spectacular oils under the Priego de Córdoba PDO. Globally celebrated for sustainable and organic farming practices, they are widely considered one of the most awarded olive oil producers in the world.
